Default No "With Google" branding

I noticed that this phone doesn't have the "With Google" branding anywhere like all of the Droid branded phones before it. i thought all of the phones under the "Droid" name had this. Does anyone know the reason why this phone is different?

All android phones don't necessarily have that branding on them. I can't say for every phone, but I haven't seen it in a while. It might have stopped with the newer phones.

It used to be used on phones with no customizations, like the OG Droid.

Yup, that's correct. Newer customizable devices no longer has this. The streaks never had the "with Google"

Not the case as the HTC Hero and Eris both had it and they came with Sense.

just went through our phones in store and these are the ones with "with google" and without (only have new phones here no older ones)

With:
-Motorola Droid Bionic
-Samsung Droid Charge
-HTC thunderbolt
-Motorola Droid 3
-HTC Droid Incredible 2
-Motorola Droid X-2
-Samsung Gem(that surprised me)

Without:
-LG Enlighten
-Sony-Ericson Xperia Play
-Casio G'z one Commando
-HTC Rhyme
-Pantech Breakout
-LG revolution
-Samsung Stratosphere
-HTC Rezound
-Motorola Droid Razr

Doesn't really seem to be any real reason as to getting it or not.
