Default Size - Moto Droid 1 vs Razor Maxx

I'm still on the D1 from November of 2009. The $199 online price has me really wanting to make a move. Only concern is the size of the Maxx. I carry in my pocket and hate using a holster. How do you guys feel about the extra size in your pocket?

(Keep it clean. This is a family friendly forum)?

It is bigger for sure, but because of the fact it's very thin, it almost feels smaller in my pocket. (I had an evo shift before which was about the same size/weight as the og droid...) I actually like it because it's lighter and thinner. It sits well in my pocket.

I had D1 before moving to the Maxx. Maxx is definitely bigger but because it's thinner and lighter than D1, it actually feels better in my pocket.

Interesting on the thinness issue.. recently I was using my X2 and the guy across from me asked if it was a RAZR. I guess the shape is pretty close.. but I've handled a RAZR and it's a whole 'nother feel and look (up close ).
