Default Sim Card Authorization Error

So I just got this Sim Card Authorization Error.

"Sim Card Authorization Error
This Sim Card may not be authorized for LTE service. Please Power down the phone and contact Wireless Provider Customer Service."

Anyone else experiencing this problem with their MAXX?... what was the solution? Heck... what is causing this problem?

I just got my new phone yesterday and also had troubles with Activation. If it is a new sim card they said they have been having some troubles getting them activated in the last few days. I tried first calling customer support myself and they said there was some problem with the sim card, so they said get a new one for free at the Verizon store. I went there and the guy actually said he had the same problem with another persons phone the day before, which he fixed by turning off the phone, taking the sim card out completely and then reinserting it. He rebooted the phone and it went through the authorization process automatically and was up and running. Oh and one other thing is to make sure your old phone is turned off.

If this isn't a new sim card and it was working, but stopped it is unlikely for this to be the problem as he said once the sim cards were activated they had no problems it was just getting them to activate in the first place.
