I just reactivated my Droid razr and only a day after activating it, when I push the lock button on the right side it will not lock. I have setting set to 1 minute. Secondly my home button will not send me to the home screen. It vibrates but no action. Also when I double tap it doesn't send up voice search. And lastly the search button doesn't even respond just like the home Button. I tried a soft reset.... Nothing is helping!!!! Advice please?!

You know when I get painted in a corner like that all I do is a factory reset.

I sometimes do a factory reset just to make myself not afraid to do it. It also makes me realize which programs do I really want to re install.

If you've never done a factory reset, make sure you back up any music or photos, etc before hand.
