You may want to post that on the moto forums, they can be a little more intuitive compared to a site like this. You'll get the regulars, but the admins really know a lot about the product or have the avenue to ask.... or....

Just call moto and open a ticket. I haven't had much luck with that avenue personally, but I think the issue there was cross-compatibility with 3rd party devices.
