Default create separate folders in my gallery

Is there a way to create separate picture folders in my gallery?
I have many pictures I want to separate that are already there and have a ton more I want to add, all in different folders.

You can create albums by selecting pictures and select add to albums. Then you will have the option to create albums or add to existing

Is there a app that I can have on one of the screens, that will act as a folder that I can put pictures in, label, then create other folders with different labels?

What I'm hoping to find is a way to create folders on one of my screens that would be similar to a folder on my pc.
Does quick pic do that?
Can I label each separate folder?

OK, I can now see how it's done this way.

How do I select 30 or 40 pictures and move them into a album that I created at the same time? Or do I have to move them one at a time?
