Default Annoyed with Desk Dock

So, I have the desk dock and I put my RAZR Maxx in it.

I put it in Office mode as this is rather preferable to my other choices (Bedside or Music). I've customized it with the buttons I want, but it won't let me customize out the "Host Meeting" button. This is really annoying, as I will NEVER EVER use that button, no matter how much Motorola thinks I want it there. And, in fact, there's another app I'd really like to put in its place on my screen, which would make my desk dock experience complete.

Does anyone have a workaround for this? I noted that among the Dock Types I may select is an option called "Others," which allows "Downloaded dock applications." Which raises the question of if there's a dock application out there which is fully customizable and won't stick me with the damn meeting button.
