Default Battery life much better on refurbished replacement

My brand new Razr Maxx last March averaged about 10 hours with heavy use and then the speakerphone crapped out. The refurbished replacement I got last month is averaging about 16 hours with heavy use . I installed almost the same programs that I had on the original phone. What sucks is, I have a very small scratch on the screen but I'm afraid to let this phone go with it's awesome battery life.

There's a difference between scratch proof and scratch resistant. Nothing Is scratch proof

Exactly. Gorilla glass is actually very prone to sand and other fine debris that may be riding in your pockets
