Default Wet Phone

I have had several SP's in the past and never a problem. Probably because I was more careful. Anyway, I inadvertently got brave and ended up falling in the water. My Ultra drowned. I cannot start the phone in anyway, or even do a phone reset. I have spoken with a Moto rep and they told me the phone is dead. And since I cannot get it turned on, there is no way of retrieving the pictures I have or any of the data on the phone. This stinks because, I took my dip while on an excursion in Hawaii and all pictures taken were not yet backed up. I have already done the vacuum and rice tricks, to no avail. Since the Ultra has no accessible battery, I could not quickly remove it anyway. And also without a SD card, it does make it difficult. Before scrapping the phone, I want to be sure no one knows of a way to recover the pictures. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
