I actually dig it. Doesn't say much about the phone but it is still cool.

Yeah, I really like the commercial. They should really stick with the 'eye' theme; it makes the brand really recognizable to non-geeks. Looking good for my upgrade from my Droid!

Someone on another site said it showed these phrases but it flashes so quick you gotta pause to see them.

I saw the droid logo flash in the eye really quickly but I didn't go back for a second peek.

EDIT:

Apparently there is other interesting info in the eye......

I'd like to draw attention to my superior investigative skills and let you know about what I believe might be a new twitter account hidden in the commercial. Right after the ad starts we see a quick glimpse of some texts written backwards which, when flipped horizontally, read as @DroidLanding. Sounds like a twitter account, right? So far, I am the first and only follower of a Droid Does account over there. I feel pretty good that this might be a new source of droid information once it starts up. As of right now, there are zero tweets and a very generic profile/background. Perhaps we're ahead of schedule and aren't meant to know it exists yet?

The DROIDLanding twitter account profile now reads:
"The next generation of does is coming soon, but you might get yours before that. Droid X phones are hidden across the country. Follow us for clues. "

Which ever one knocks on my door will be fine. To be honest I would prefer the 2007 Megan. The new one must the "The Megan 2" with a bigger uhhh keyboard.

I sent my iPhone fanatic friend a link to the vid this morning. His response? "I feel like I've just been rickrolled. I never would've looked at that if you hadn't linked it."

I thought it was funny.
