Default how to go from 2.3.3 (4.5.573) to 2.3.3 using 4.5.578

I am currently unrooted, but is there a stock update to get from 4.5.573 to the latest stock gingerbread release.

It is my understanding that you will have to root in order to install another leaked version of GB. Just so you know, the latest out is .591. I'd go with that one. You will need to use GingerBreak [26.04.2011][v1.2] GingerBreak APK (root for GingerBread) - xda-developers to root your phone, then boot into CWM using Droid 2 Bootstrap, flash the new leaked file, and you will be back on an unrooted, stock version. Get the latest file here. GingerBread DX (Blur 4.5.591) odexed, deodexed apps download (Odexed if you don't plan to install any themes or custom ROM's)
