Default Potential Droid X2 as Replacement

Hi guys, so my phone broke and verizon is sending me a replacement. I read somewhere that you may receive a DX2 as a replacement. Is this true and if I do, can I root it with the same DX methods and roms? If not, how do I get a regular DX back? Or will they maybe let me swap the DX2 for a phone of equal value? I loved the DX but would much rather an Incredible 2 than a DX2.

Maybe you should have discussed what they were sending before you hung up?

Forgot that they weren't sending out any more DXs! Maybe I'll get lucky

Depends if they have DX's in stock and what your issues are.

Yeah, there are plenty of refurbed Dx's around. If at the time you called they were out, they may offer you a Droid 2 or X2 or Incredible 2.
