so today my DX died, i was using it and everything was just fine then all of a sudden the bottom half of the screen turned white and then black. the screen is now half working and half changing colors.
do you have the TEC insurance on it? If so it includes the extended warranty which would allow you to get that DX replaced free of charge.
Since it sounds like a manufacturer defect.

i actually called in and told them and they told me my warranty was a day over but they said since its a major manufacture defect they are sending a replacement next week

I like my dx alot and really have no itch to upgrade. roms on the a500 scratch the flashoholic itch for now... til ics is ready for us on the dx!!!

dont call verizon about it if your going to try the warranty, they will claim its physical damage!
call motorola and talk to them about it, i should have done it

vzw said it was physical damage from me taping the screen....

i felt the kid in the vzw store was so dumb, and he must have known that he knew i thought it was an idiot because of the look i gave him. i mean really, how is tapping on a touchscreen... A TOUCHSCREEN! going to cause the underscreen to crack from pressure?
morons in vzw stores in martinsville va... and to be honest, i really hope he see's this message.
At the store where he works, Get all the phone#'s from all the phones on display and send all of them a text with what you think about him.
