Default GPS maps outside the U.S.

This DroidX is rooted, with Gummy 1.2.0. Works fine on PagePlus (uses Verizon's network).

I'm going overseas for a couple of weeks, and though it won't work as a "phone" I'd really like to use it as a GPS.

How can I get maps into the system in the EU, Israel, etc?

Thanks!
