Confirmed no Gingerbread....ridiculous ...what does it take for new phones to come out with current software?!

yep i seen the confirmation today as well. Not sure but i actually started a thread talking specifically about how most of the new devices are still shipping with Froyo. Here is the link if you would like to chime in or just read it.

Why are so many phones still launching with Froyo?

Yeah, that is pretty lame. It would be nice to hear some kind of reliable info why. But that would be admitting a weakness or bug, which of course there are zero bugs in any smart phone right?
