Default Images, Video Storage Questions

May be stupid questions.. however

#1 - Is there a way/app that can change the default save/storage location for MM items like images and video to SD card, instead of internal?

#2 - Is there a way to manage images and videos saved internally on the Droid remotely from the PC? I have tons I need to manage and takes way too long on the actual phone..
