Default gps/wifi/wireless/birghtness/bluetooth widget

So... I had this gps/wifi/wireless/birghtness/bluetooth widget and it was really convenient. Then my phone got rooted again or something like that, i'm not really sure... but i lost it. Does anyone know how I can get it back or where i can find another widget with all these capabilities?

Do you mean the power control widget? If it's still on your phone (should be), long press the home screen, add widget, power control.
