i have seen a few barcodes for phones around, and they look like this...
where can i find the site that creates those? i like them, they seem to be scannable by most things. i figure i can use it for my twitter or my site, its becoming popular. now if we had a widget!

Just do a google search for "2d barcode generator", and you will find hundreds of sites.

right, i just want that one haha! not the traditional ones
What? I am pretty much lost now. Your first post lead me to believe you were trying to locate a website in which you could create your own 2d barcode. (2d is what the square weird barcodes are called, in case you didn't know), so I said you should search google.
If, by "I just want that one", you mean only the one in the picture, you can either use a photo editor to get it, or scan it and find out what it says, and then type that into a 2d barcode generator.
Edit:
I did what I suggested you do. Here is what I found.
Now, if I was correct in my original thought that you just want a website to create your own 2d barcodes, then follow my original instructions on searching google.

It's all pretty awesome (QR 2d Bar codes) because you can cram a ton of info in there. Everything you'd find on a business card, plus link (that a user can click through with their phone) plus "signature" text can all be placed in one.
Use the barcode scanner app on my avatar and see what comes up

Also of note, the Barcode Scanner app on the Droid can actually CREATE QR2 Codes as well as scan them.
Open up the Barcode Scanner App.
Hit the Menu Button
Hit the Share Button
From there you can Share a Contact, Bookmark, or even the contents of the Clipboard. I haven't tested it, but I think it only generates a Bar Code for someone else to scan with their phone, and input the data you wish to share.

Its pretty neat, but unless im missing something, I don't understand why they didn't take it to the next step. IE after generating bar code - Menu>share>gmail, sms, etc like other apps.
