Woke up for work this morning at 5am and had a message on my phone asking if I wanted to install update. Only thing I noticed so far is that my lock screen is different and that my internet connection is a lot slower!
Anyone else confirm?
I got the update Thursday night 11:05. 818 area code. Ordered phone on release day. Got it on the following Tuesday. Don't know what the order is for upgrades.
The motion for answering a call is different. Now you swipe left to right straight across to answer. Swipe right to left to ignore.
So my friend got a Droid when it first came out. Then he ported his # and went to tmobile to get a Nexus One. I now have his Droid and have been waiting for the update. He just told me he got an update. When I asked what he was talking about he said 2.1. I told him he already had 2.1 since the Nexus One came with it. He just said "oh". Do you think he got the txt instead of me for some reason?
