A friend of mine sent me a link to download the "Somebody's Watching Me" MP3 from Geico over GTalk. I went to download it from my Droid and got an error that the file type is not supported on my device

Strange, MP3s can be handled by the default player so you should be able to download them.

There is an application called "Download Crutch" which will allow you to download "unsupported" file types on your phone from the browser. It's missing from the Market now for some reason. If you would like the APK to install, PM me your e-mail address and I will be happy to send it to you.
