Default Duplicate Playlist

So I was originally using Double Twist which was great until I changed up a couple of playlists.

So I deleted all the files off media card and I am now using Salling, which is way better. But now when I go to Music I have Double Playlist one with music and one empty. I have gone through the sd card and don't see anything in there or any reference to Double Twist, any ideas how to delete these empty playlists?

Cheers

I have tried many syncing programs. The best one I found is Syntunes for iTunes. This program syncs your iTunes library without duplicates. I used it on galaxy s4 and my wife's Nexus. There were no duplicate playlist on either phone.
