Default htc sense and ICS

I'm looking into buying the HTC Rezound. its a solid phone, great hardware specs, and i enjoy sense.
how is ICS going to interact with SENSE ui though. as much as i like sense, ICS look great and i do want it to be somewhat present. will sense 3.5 completely smother ICS?
what are the chances a sense update is released to have the two play together nicely?
