Combined inbox/talk/msn

It's getting quite hard to change from inbox to gmail to talk to msn to google voice to etc... Shouldn't all those thing be combined? I think I remember that my BlackBerry was doing this quite well...

Flipping screen, lag, etc... not fun to flip all over...
