icon on contacts

On my wife's droid there is either a green circle or an orange clock-like icon near my name in her contacts. Any idea what this is?

status notification

my wife disabled google talk and now her status still goes green and red. I was like why are you always on google talk. She has only me in her contacts and she does not use google talk??? Anyone know?
