Default putting the leaked eris sense 2.1 update on droid

is it possible to do this as a manual update, update.zip it and install it?

Without editing it to work for the Droid, a lot of the functionality will be broken.
It will be possible, ZeusDroid team is already hard at work at making this happen from the Desire 2.1 rom. It's almost finished. Bluetooth and the phone still doesn't work. They just got wifi working.

thats good to hear, im holding my breath for it since it was announced. ill finally root my virgin phone to install that ROM

yeah the update.zip on the eris would probably do some damage to your phone. wait for the zuesdroid rom its going to rock the socks off you
