Default Droid File Transfer
Is there a way i can transfer files such as music, and pictures to my computer without my USB. Using Bluetooth im guessing.

I haven't tried it, but I have seen a Bluetooth File Transfer App in the Marketplace, you might want to try that.

I have ES File Explorer on mine which lets me pull files directly across my home network over Wi-Fi.

windows 7 has Bluetooth file transfer built right into win explorer under Bluetooth devices, i havent tried it yet though. im sure vista has the same feature
