Default Deleting ringtones - Please reply with fact not theory

How do you delete ringtones after you've added them? I can't find a way that works. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

That is weird I'm pretty sure it's not taking up space but yeah I could see why you would want ringtones deleted.

Ive found away if you are using songs off the mp3 player Its not ideal but just delete the song. =/
mp3 player> press and hold> delete
this will remove song from phones ringtone list.

I'm guessing the above would work the same way. If you were using free ringtone apps

from phone
quick office> click appropriate app file> delete ringtones you know longer want.

but then again it is just a theory =P

I had the same problem and went through QuickOffice<Browse< SM card<Media<Ringtones then press the menu button and delete. All the ringtones I downloaded that didn't seem to be working were on this list. Hope that helps!

P.S. You have to restart your phone for those ringtones to be completely off.
