Default Clock Work Mod

I have an model a854, an like a dummy installed cwm on it and now for the life of me i can get the recovery part off. I want to install androidini open recovey, but for the life of me i can find a fix for it. Any help

Same thing happened to me a few weeks ago with my A853. After some trial and (always) error what I did (successfully) was to connect to PC with bootloader (so I could navigate the sd) and found update.zip wasn't on the sdcard root where it belongs. Seems CWM erases this needed file. I copied it back and voilá!
