Visit SPRINT'S website & check for 4G availability in your area, or, visit the SPRINT store nearest you.
You may want to verify this w/an app from the Market, there are several to choose from.
I'd look into this sooner than later, as the PHOTON is approaching End of Life status, which means that it may take longer to service your phone, if this turns out to be a handset issue.
