In all the time I've had my Photon.. I have never seen my 4 g work.. Screen 4 g light blue left side says 4 g disconnected.. Is my phone broken. Or has this happened with others. I have gone in and scanned for 4g. networks. but to no avail. what is up with this?

Visit SPRINT'S website & check for 4G availability in your area, or, visit the SPRINT store nearest you.
You may want to verify this w/an app from the Market, there are several to choose from.

I'd look into this sooner than later, as the PHOTON is approaching End of Life status, which means that it may take longer to service your phone, if this turns out to be a handset issue.

You aren't in an area with 4g, no problem with your phone. They kinda scew people over saying 4g when you can't use it in most places
