Default Finding hidden saved files

Hello,
I've been saving some voice mails to my SD card. Thus far actually finding the voicemailx.mp3 isn't going well. I can see it when I run a media player from the phone and it'll show up in my library. However when I explore my SD card I cannot find it even with the search options from windows. Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Welcome aboard, sony8472..

Install Astro File Mngr app frrom the Play Store. This should show you all stored file(s) on the sd card.

Good Luck.

While Astro does help, I find it a real PITA to find files on phones unless I know the exact directory.

Thanks! I will give this a try in a little bit and see where it was hiding. It's been a little frustrating dealing with this phone. Some aspects are great while others just suck. I'd like to change the boot animation to something custom and unique, also the same with the menus, of course it would be great to have complete access to all the hidden stuff within this phone. It's sad that I cannot flash the rom and keep 4g :/ sprint would love it if I shot myself in the foot like that. On avg my mobile wifi x-fers close to 60gb/month. I've been grandfathered in to the unlimited plan before they changed to a limited.

Lots of options out there, but, this one, DiskUsage, is one of the more animated/visual explorer applications & may make it a bit easier to find what you're looking for.

In Astro, I always go to the top directory, so I can search the whole phone, then scroll the icons over to the magnifying glass (search), and type in some portion of the name, and search. Works for me......
