Viligar

So, a few weeks ago, my Photon wouldn't load YouTube videos on the YouTube app. I cleared the cache, tried again, and it still didn't work. I came to realize that videos from other websites wouldn't work either. I just get a continuous spinning wheel, and the occasional "This video cannot be played." Vimeo, Youtube's website, nothing. (I tried stock, Opera, and Dolphin browsers.) So, yestersay, I tried a whole system reset. They STILL don't work. I have no idea what the problem could be. My Flash Player is updated to the fullest, and I don't know what else to do. Thanks for any help.
