Default Restore files on Motorola Photon
I had to do a reset on my phone, backed up my files to my SD card now it will not allow me to open them, says unable to open file of this type. Anything I can do please help..

I'd try another File Explorer app from the GOOGLE PLAY STORE,there's literally hundreds to choose from.

When you say you "backed up your files to your SD card," do you mean to say you backed up the files that were on your internal storage onto the microSD?

If that's the case, after the hard reset, did you move all the files back over to the internal storage?
