How can I transfer all my pictures on my sd card?

It seems the Photon puts all the photos you take in the internal memory. I just bought a SG3 and want to put all my pictures on it. How can I transfer my photon pictures onto the sd card?

ES File Explorer is a good application to see/move your files.
It is a free app on the Play Store.

I find the easiest thing to do is just hook it up to your computer and move them over to the SD card that way. You can also back them up to your hard drive while you're at it.
