Default UK Release?

Hi, does anybody know if/when the Photon Q will be released in the UK? As with every decent phone that has a physical keyboard there's been nothing on the internet about it that I can find.

I'm currently using an Xperia Pro, but it's getting a bit beaten up and sluggish!

I'm not really sure the Photon Q--at least as it's manufactured for the US market--is a good fit for UK users.

Although it supports LTE, it's at 1900MHz only. I'm not sure if that's used overseas--I was under the impression that 2100 was more common over there. it's also built for CDMA voice and data (EVDO). That's a function that would be wasted on almost every country outside North America, with very few exceptions.

The Photon Q also has a hardwired SIM card. Additionally, there's no way to access it. The back cover is not removable, so even the battery can't be accessed/changed. Lack of SIM access renders this phone virtually impossible to unlock and take to another carrier.

Now, if Motorola can vary this phone to be more friendly to markets that are predominately GSM, with support for more LTE bands, it would be a great device for the UK/rest of the world. I've been more satisfied with this phone, than either of my two previous Samsung devices.
