Default Quick question about ES file explorer

How do you back out of the sd card and get into the phones files I'm trying to get to the system folder. I never had trouble finding it in astro

1. Click on Favorites.
2. Hit the icon of the phone with "/" under it.
3. You are in the root directory.

Thats how I do it then I re-enter "/sdcard" when I'm done
