Default Motorola has posted their list for devices that will get an upgrade to Jb

Guys the Triumph did not make the cut. They are offering $100 to us to switch providers and get another phone.

look at this douchebag of an idea they post

PURCHASE YOUR NEW SMARTPHONE

To receive $100 back, you'll need to purchase your new smartphone first. Then mail us your used phone and valid proof-of-purchase (copy of receipt and UPC code), and we'll send you a $100 Motorola Visa prepaid card* within 6-8 weeks.

Enter your name and email address below and we'll save your information for you to complete after you've purchased your new phone

As Far As im concerned i own a x6 not a motorola triumph there just some idiots who stamped there name to rip people off so they can shove it ill keep my x6 with real devs not some jackasses who wanna rip us off

thanks to the real devs we have here our phones are better then what junk software they wanna force on us

So the Motorola Photon Q is the next phone coming to Virgin Mobile. The droids are exclusive to Verizon and the Atrix HD is Att. Motorola Electrify 2 is US Cellular but is it a exclusive?

MOTOROLA PHOTON Q - 4G LTE Android Smartphone - SMARTACTIONS - ColorBoost - Motorola Mobility LLC. USA is a sprint phone. I guess we'll see.

<edit>
Better yet wait for g60's cm9 stock to become operational rather than wait for another sprint castoff to come to vm.

You have have gotten screwed by Motorola, but not by MTDEV We are here to stay and continue on!! Who needs bloated Jelly Bean when you can have clean CM9? Once we solve the camera and CM10 stables out we will have Jelly Bean. We all waited this long for a large company to step up, and now a team of (6) part time developers and a whole community will win the fight! Stay positive rileyper you got g60 in your corner fighting for you along with the rest of Team MTDEV! Community wins every time!!!

Default Most Efficient Use

I think the most efficient use of this offer (which doesn't appear to be time sensitive) is to use our Triumphs until they break and THEN ship its carcass into Moto for the rebate!

I already have a Huawei x6 splash screen installed on my Triumph. We should dub it the MTDEV Triumph and leave Moto out in the cold just like they've done to us.

if you really want $100 first then buy new phone, like budget people do, just sell it on eBay.
trust me, we've got screwed by motorola so many times, sending them my phone, waiting for 6 weeks doesn't look like a good idea. In 6 weeks they will find that your phone was rooted and you are not qualified, so something similar.

I thought we might get some loving from Motorola after Google bought it, but I guess it is still the same fools in the innards of Motorola.

And why is this surprising??

It didn't make the cut for ICS update either.

The triumph doesn't have 1gb of system memory.

I don't feel screwed at all. Partly cause of motodev's hard work
to bring us ICS and JB.
