Laugh Music player swap.

I was wondering it it would me safe to delete the stock music player in the triumph with Google Play Music? The Triumph is a stock 2.2 rom and i want to pull the stock player, with Titanium backup, from the rom and replace it with Google Play Music loaded in to the rom. This isnt my primary phone so im just playing around with it.

Safe? Don't see why not.

I don't really understand the point, when you can make any music player the default player, without making it a system app, or deleting the stock one.

The point would be to make Google Play Music the only music app in the system. Removing the default music app to make more space in the system partition is what i want to do. I just wanted to make sure i could remove it with out issue.

Should be just fine.
Is your system partition getting full or something?
