My most oft used app is Taptu, there's also Pulse News. It's a feed reader that displays multiple timelines with images. I find it pretty handy. Google Earth is pretty cool especially now that the 3D buildings are added.
My homescreen looks pretty cool when I add the Pure Calendar Agenda widget. With some other widgets, my tablet is almost like a futuristic dashboard for my life. CamScanner is a great tool even though it is probably a tool for the Chinese to spy on us. Since I'm not important, let them waste their time with my data.
Friend Me is a pretty good tablet Facebook app. TuneIn Radio is pretty good and if you're a mapgeek, Turbo GPS is pretty impressive. WritePad is pretty good for handwriting recognition but your mileage may vary if you are left handed.
Network apps will be more impressive if we ever get that LTE update.
