Default Apple vs. Motorola (Google)

I really, really hope Apple gets denied on the injunction. I don't think Google would mind paying a royalty to Apple, if it meant that their OS could stay on their now owned Motorola devices. I'm just glad that Apple isn't trying to "ban" Motorola devices.
