Just to clarify, I do believe this is in the form of a trade-in credit on an old phone. For my wife's Droid 3, its about the same was what it would sell for on eBay, but no hassle (probably).

Does anyone know if Motorola has a status page for Jelly Bean and which phones will be updated (like they had for ICS)?

TBD @ a later date,it's either a Gift Card,carrier credit,or,some other cash equivalent (trade-in credit,I assume), at MOTOROLA's discretion.

If you haven't heard the news by now, pay a visit to https://forums.motorola.com & voice your concerns/displeasure/experience w/the staff @ MOTOROLA, it's the least we can do to thank them for their broken promises & worthless $100 rebate for another device that will not receive timely updates or support after the sale/2yr. carrier commitment.
