My Droid X died last week turns on and I get the Motorola icon but the boot up doesn't start. The screen only shows the red Motorola logo icon. My company sent me another Droid X but I need to get my contacts off the old phone. Verizon said there is no way to get to my contacts. I have tried to reboot the old phone by taking the battery out many times and get the same screen. I have tried replacing the battery same screen I need those contacts transferred and know someone out there knows how they can be captured. Please I have lost about 1/3rd of my contacts on my old phone.
