ADB is the Android Debug Bridge, it allows you to give commands to your phone from your computer. It might sound a little intimidating, but as long as you follow the instructions you'll be fine.

Oh kool.
is there anythin else i could do to my phone while its rooted??
And do i always have to wipe my phone whenever i want to load a new rom?
You don't always have to wipe it, but I would recommend it, its just best to get rid of all the cached items that can have an effect on the new rom from the old rom. It gets annoying sometimes, because you have to reinstall your apps, but use Astro file manager, that's a good app for not only sorting through your files, but backing up your files and reinstalling them.
With rooting, you can overclock your processor, you can make your speakers louder, you can apply new themes to your phone depending on your rom installed, you can backup private apps, you can get increased speeds from your phone depending on the roms you use. There are a number of things you can do, you just have to search for them and come across them here and there. Search for root in the market and there are a lot of rooted specific apps that come up. Good luck, and ask all the questions you want!
sweet.
like 2 days ago. I turned off my phone then turned it back on and it got stuck on the MyTouch green screen. i kept restarting it until i tried clickin wipe then flashin the rom again. i Flashed Fast Test 3.0 btw. then it worked. is that a common problem?

No, SuperD is a 1.6 based rom, and live wallpapers are only compatible with 2.1. The Nexus launcher is just that square app drawer button.
If you want live wallpapers, look for St0kes Eclair rom on XDA.
