Exclamation How to root Mytouch 4g

can i root it with z4 root??? are what easy program to get it?

Rooting can be very dangerous and stressful if you are not fully experienced on the phone and know how to boot into recovery by different means if you get stuck. My son is using the MT4g and I have a been rooted with my N1 for nine months--still get into trouble

I would read a lot about it before attempting

Backup your phone and sd card first!!!!!!!

i root many phones just havent done this one

Sounds like the link I posted should do it then--seems like a lot of the MT4g folks don't feel the need to root and are happy as is

That procedure in the link doesn't seem to unlock bootloader

There is an MT4g thread on XDA for rooters

There are few methods you can use such as gfree, visionary+ and the new simple console meth. Go over to XDA and see which you like best as the easy maybe visionary+ for you.
