Default someone PLEASE help.

Ok so I was gonna try out a different mod through rom manager so I backed up my phone before I did that and then went along to wipe data and cache and install my other mod. I didn't like it so I went back and restored to my old mod and now all my data is gone. Any ideas how to get all my stuff back?

What phone are you using? Also, did you use clockworkmod recovery or another custom recovery to flash your rom? If so did you create a nandroid backup of your original rom? If you did then you can restore that using clockwork then you can get your data back.

BTW, welcome to the forums!

T-Mobile my touch 4g. And I think I used clockwork. I just did install zip from SD and cleared data. But I restored it before through rom manager and data is gone

You wiped data Before the backup? Data is gone. Always backup first then wipe.

Yeah, Joe is correct. If you didn't perform a backup before wiping data then your data is gone. I don't use ROM manager so unless it automatically creates a nandroid backup you data is gone.

Oh ok, in ROM manager there should be a section called backup and restore. If you made a backup prior to installing your rom, you should be able to restore back to your old settings.
