Default Dialpad - T9 input?

So I dont know if this was something on my AOKP build on my Gnex but I miss it terribly on the stock 4.2 N4.

When Im in the dialpad and I put in a few numbers corresponding to a persons name, nothing comes up, just the numbers. Is there a setting or something Im missing so that when I put in numbers the phone will search my phonebook for matching names?

True, this is in most Cyanogen based ROMs. There are plenty of apps out there that can do it though.
I've used Dialer One in the past. It's pretty good.

Just finished flashing the AOKP ROM and I still have the issue. Hmm, this is annoying.
