Default Nexus 4 Motion Controls

Hey,

Is the Nexus 4 not capable of motion controls? I know on the GS3 you can turn the phone over to mute the ringer when a phone call comes in. I love this feature and have had it on a few phones in the past. Is it possible on the Nexus 4? I don't see motion controls anywhere in the menu as it is in the GS3.

Thanks!

I could be wrong, but isn't that all part of the Samsung's Touchwiz UI?

There are apps to allow this (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.raidroid.rdmute&hl=en) I've not used this one, but the "Jedi" mode looks interesting.
