If you get a call reference, you should be able to chase up an earlier call without re-starting the 3 day thing. Once I got a response to my original enquiry, they were able to update me when I chased it and could give them a reference.

Just received my tracking number from Google. My Nexus4 should be in my hands tomorrow after work. Just have to wait on my tmobile sim card now.

That's ridiculous! Surely a lost phone is THEIR problem - you shouldn't have to redo anything!

You would think but they don't give a toss it seems.

That's Google for you I guess. Even TNT who have been pretty good are unimpressed with their customer service.
