Default Orange/EE UK Carrier Settings help

I'm getting my Nexus 4 on Friday and an Orange pay monthly sim. Can anyone out there who is successfully using the Nexus 4 on Orange in the UK please supply the carrier settings

Not sure you'll need them: I swapped my regular SIM for a micro SIM at the EE store. They popped the new SIM into the phone, re-started and it worked immediately.

Did cost me 10 for the new SIM, though. They gave me two converters so I can use the new SIM in my old phone though, so there's at least 0.1p saved.

no need to do anything at all.

just need to make sure you have a micro sim, orange should send you one if you ring up and ask.
