Question More Signal Drops

Ok, so after committing to doing a factory reset of the phone this morning, I woke up to all kinds of weirdness. Whereas my signal would drop or the phone would recycle randomly, today it appears that my signal is dropping frequently at a regular interval. Check it out in the attachments. This leads me to wonder if it is in fact the phone needing to be reset? Is it a legitimate hardware issue? Or is it me just having a bad day?
