Just got my new nexus 5 and have a lot of old contacts on my sim. How do I delete them all at once?

Since i don't know which phone you are using there is an app called: delete all contacts and you can download that from google play.

You can also go to the contacts press menu (bottom left corner), choose contacts to display, select sim, again menu (bottom left corner), delete contact and you can choose all.
